Samantha Riggs (Director of Boom Boom Bollywood and the Sexy Scallywags) travels to Black Mountain, North Carolina to teach "Why is the Rum Always Gone" (the liquor bottle dance) and "Fosse-lized" (Fosse-inspired tribal bellydance).
